Responsibilities Client Interaction: Communicate efficiently with both prospective and current clients to understand their unique insurance needs. Sales Generation: Identify and pursue opportunities for insurance products that align with the clients' preferences and needs. Policy Customization: Craft personalized insurance plans and solutions that cater specifically to each client's circumstances. Market Awareness: Stay informed on the latest insurance products and market trends to offer the most current solutions to clients. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing continuous support and advisory services. Client Education: Educate clients on their policy options, benefits, and risks to aid informed decision-making. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or surpass defined sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirement Licensing: Must possess an active NJ Property & Casualty License. Experience: Solid background in insurance sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance products clearly and effectively. Customer Focused: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and meeting client needs. Self-Motivated: Able to work independently in a fully remote environment, managing time and resources efficiently. Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with a remote team, sharing insights and strategies for mutual success.
