We are seeking an in-office Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. A successful candidate should be focused and driven to help our office meet its sales goals while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Handle in-bound and out-bound sales calls, utilizing persuasive techniques to achieve sales goals. Review policy coverages thoroughly and identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, and conduct timely follow-ups as needed. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate records of sales and service activities, as well as client interactions. Ensure sales and service work follows industry and company guidelines.
Requirement License: Candidate must have an active Property and Casualty License to be considered. Preferred candidate would be Bilingual in Spanish and have previous insurance or similar sales experience. Pro-active and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision. Driven by achieving professional and personal goals. Meticulous attention-to-detail in all tasks and responsibilities Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
