We are seeking an in-office Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. A successful candidate should be focused and driven to help our office meet its sales goals while providing excellent customer service.

  • Hourly pay of $19 - $21
  • Bonus opportunities based on sales, on average, range from $150 - $250 per month, but can also include additional monthly and year-end bonuses

Responsibilities
  • Handle in-bound and out-bound sales calls, utilizing persuasive techniques to achieve sales goals.
  • Review policy coverages thoroughly and identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, and conduct timely follow-ups as needed.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and service activities, as well as client interactions.
  • Ensure sales and service work follows industry and company guidelines.

Requirements
  • License: Candidate must have an active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
  • Preferred candidate would be Bilingual in Spanish and have previous insurance or similar sales experience.
  • Pro-active and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
  • Driven by achieving professional and personal goals.
  • Meticulous attention-to-detail in all tasks and responsibilities
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
