Responsibilities Addressing incoming service calls. Conducting outgoing prospecting and service calls from given leads. Assisting potential walk-in prospects and customers. Logging in all prospect and customer interactions for future follow-up. Relentlessly follow up with customers and prospects and follow given sales and service talk paths

Requirement Able to have fun and work hard Spanish Speaking a plus Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skill
