Job Description

Teledyne Controls LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM & Government Sales Director to join our team. As a senior member of our customer-facing team, you will shape and execute strategies to increase demand for our suite of avionic and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions across new, existing government customers and Tier 1/2 OEM's.

This role blends sales, business development, and program oversight for a critical part of our business. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in complex defense sales cycles, outstanding relationship-building for government and avionics Tier 1 /2 OEM customers, and a proven track record of securing multi-million-dollar contracts with DoD and government aviation stakeholders. We're looking for a self-motivated professional to spearhead customer engagement, capture new opportunities, and own the full life cycle pursuit of large-scale programs - from initial bid identification/positioning to contract award and delivery alignment.

$120,300.00-$160,400.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
