Position: Operations Manager & Sales Representative
Location: Elyria, OH (with travel throughout the Greater Cleveland area)
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, crew scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficiency and safety * Manage and support field teams to maintain quality and productivity * Meet with customers for consultations and provide accurate, competitive estimates * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business * Track job progress, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction * Work closely with ownership to set and meet sales goals * Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach to grow brand awareness
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the tree care, landscaping, or related industry (Required) * Strong knowledge of tree removal, pruning, and stump grinding best practices * Ability to read and interpret work orders and safety guidelines * Exceptional communication and customer service skills * Proven sales experience with the ability to close deals and upsell services * Strong leadership and organizational skills * Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
