Olathe SMB corridor with routed demos and warm demand. Paid training; OTE $50–90k+.

About the role
Be the local face for tech/telecom – meet owners/managers, shape proposals, and close new business, then drive early adoption.

What you’ll do

  • Focus on warm/hot leads; maintain 3× pipeline vs. target.

  • Discovery → proposal → negotiation → close; early adoption plan.

  • Engage solutions rep for complex bundles/installs.

  • Weekly forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene.

  • Capture win/loss notes to refine territory approach.

What you’ll bring

  • B2B experience; tech/telecom helpful.

  • Clear communication; objection handling.

  • Process discipline; data-driven mindset.

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & benefits
