River Run is seeking to hire a full-time MSP Account Executive to join our growing team!
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and developing new and existing clients for River Run, is expected to generate long-term client relationships, and must be able to work in a team atmosphere to provide excellent client service.   Primary Duties and Responsibilities   Generate new accounts through prospecting, networking, and referrals.   Collaborate with the IT department to manage client accounts and create customized solutions.   Conduct needs analysis and present proposals at client sites.   Represent the company at expos to showcase our business.   Attend networking events and join relevant groups.   Ensure adherence to pricing templates and department procedures.      Skills and Experience    2 years of sales experience minimum   Pleasant phone voice and demeanor   Outgoing and confident personality   Must have strong organizational and prioritization skills   Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Outlook and Excel   Familiarity with Sales CRM software preferred   Strong client and team interaction focusing on:
Problem-Solving   Excellent verbal and written communication skills   Must be collaborative in nature and excel in a team-based environment   Detail oriented   Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment      Transportation   Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and valid insurance.
Considering this is an outside sales position, a clear driving record within the past 5 years may be required for company insurance coverage.     HR Information   Base pay of $60,000-$70,000 with uncapped commission $90,000 OTE in your first year  $130,000-$150,000 OTE in succeeding years  Medical, Dental, Vision insurance  Life insurance  Short- and Long-term disability insurance.  Quarterly 401k matching  Full-time, permanent role Hybrid - work a few days in the office + some local travel  Powered by JazzHR
