Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers in the construction industry Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and sales activities Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, while adapting to customer feedback and market trends Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to identify new business opportunities
Outside Sales Representative Position Requirements: Proven sales success in B2B sales, ideally within the construction or building materials industry Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and build rapport quickly Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital sales tools A strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service (Preferred) Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is a strong advantage
