Kingfisher Roofing is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team of professionals. This is not your average sales role-we're looking for a strategic closer who values integrity, understands relationship-building, and can confidently guide customers through the roofing process from inspection to project closeout.
We offer a competitive upside commission and full support infrastructure, as well as W2 sales positions with health benefits.
Responsibilities
•Leverage pre-qualified leads provided by the company to close sales efficiently.
•Supplement your pipeline with self-generated business through referrals and community engagement.
•Conduct roof and property inspections to assess damage and create compelling repair/replacement proposals.
•Manage customer relationships from initial contact to project completion, delivering a premium customer experience.
•Collaborate with insurance adjusters to assist homeowners during the claims process.
•Present material and color options that align with homeowner preferences and project requirements.
•Collect customer payments and maintain accurate documentation in our CRM.
•Represent Kingfisher Roofing at trade shows, community events, and sales meetings.
•Keep leadership informed of account status, challenges, and competitive insights via our CRM.

Qualifications
•Proven track record in field sales or business development (experience in construction, roofing, or home services is a plus).
•You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive on exceeding targets.
•You bring exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
•Strong moral character with a history of ethical, responsible behavior-integrity is non-negotiable.
•Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn our CRM system.
•Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
•Must be organized and ready to be self-directed in your work.
Preferred (but Not Required)
•Experience in roofing or construction.
•Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
•Familiarity with insurance claims and project planning.
•Sales experience, including in-home sales.
