The Role:

You’ll be out in your community connecting with small to mid-sized businesses—no desk, no ceiling, just face-to-face conversations and real opportunity.

  • Lead the day with a team morning Alpha Meeting

  • Engage local businesses in a designated territory with tailored tech solutions

  • Manage your pipeline through our CRM

  • Build your future while building theirs

  • Monday - Friday 8am -5pm

  • Networking us our RTrac Method to close large volumes of business

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Want to earn $80K+ or more with cap on payouts

  • The power of presence = Love talking to people and closing deals

  • Are organized, tech-savvy, and self-driven if you have the tools and resources

  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • No Criminal History
