Job Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing accounts Partner with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and product presentations Track activity, pipeline, and customer communications in CRM systems Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction Travel within the assigned territory to visit customers and attend industry events Requirements: 5+ years of proven outside sales experience (industrial or manufacturing preferred) Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to manage accounts independently while working closely with internal support teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel within assigned territory (occasional overnight travel required) Why choose Addison Group?
