An Addison Group client is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage customer relationships across a regional territory. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a background in industrial or manufacturing products who thrives on building partnerships, exceeding revenue goals, and working independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing accounts
• Partner with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and product presentations
• Track activity, pipeline, and customer communications in CRM systems
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Travel within the assigned territory to visit customers and attend industry events

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven outside sales experience (industrial or manufacturing preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage accounts independently while working closely with internal support teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory (occasional overnight travel required)
