Key Responsibilities: Empower Customers: Greet all customers warmly, read their cues, and tailor their shopping experience to their needs. Promote Loyalty: Share information about DSW's Loyalty program and sign up new members. Provide Excellent Service: Address customer questions, process transactions for in-store and digital orders, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Maintain Store Standards: Keep the store environment clean and organized, including managing trash, returning shoes to their designated spots, and supervising the stockroom. Fulfillment Process: Handle all aspects of order fulfillment, including locating items, inspecting product conditions, and preparing for pickup or delivery. Customer First Approach: Process transactions accurately, manage cash handling, and collaborate with the Customer Experience Leader for escalated situations. Team Spirit: Participate in team meetings and training, remain open to coaching, and support an inclusive workplace. Required Skills: Availability to meet business needs.
