Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Network with contractors and small-scale developers • Close sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $170,000 at plan • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Network with contractors and small-scale developers • Close sales • Sales scripts mastery
