Buyer’s Agent – OC Luxury Irvine


Are you a licensed real estate agent ready to hunt for new opportunities in the Irvine luxury market? OC Luxury is searching for a motivated Buyer’s Agent who thrives on generating qualified leads, guiding clients through the buying process, and earning rewarding commissions while building a clear path toward leadership roles.


In this opportunity, you’ll be actively prospecting, adding buyers to the sales funnel, assessing client needs, and following up consistently to ensure smooth transactions. This role is designed as a stepping stone into becoming a Lead Buyer’s Agent or transitioning into a Listing Agent position, with direct mentorship from top producers in the luxury space.


First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+

Compensation:

$140,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
  • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Commission opportunity
