What You’ll Do as a Raintown Realty Agent: Lead Follow-Up: Turn opportunities into sales through diligent lead follow-up. Client Relationship Building: Understand client needs to create more sales opportunities. Consultations with Buyers Sellers: Provide expert guidance to help clients find their perfect home. Showcase Listings: Host open houses to draw in potential buyers and highlight our properties. Transaction Management: Ensure smooth and seamless transactions from start to finish. Expand the Business: Use your expertise to attract new clients and fuel the continued growth of Raintown Realty. Local Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with local market conditions and be ready to provide clients with expert advice.
What We’re Looking For: Sales Experience (Preferred): While sales experience is an asset, it’s not a requirement. Tech-Savvy: Embrace technology and new tools in the fast-paced world of real estate. Strong Communicator Networker: Master the art of communication and negotiation to close deals. Motivated Driven: Show resilience, determination, and the ability to tackle challenges head-on. Organized Efficient: Excel at time management and keep your workflow organized.
