Compensation: $100,000+ at plan Responsibilities: Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Qualifications: Self-motivation and drive Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Great communication and social skills Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies A successful and proven sales history is preferred Real Estate License: Possess a valid Virginia Real Estate License, or are in the process of obtaining one.
