Responsibilities
• Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers • Team player • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
Qualifications
• Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively • "Can do" attitude • Show a track record of real estate success • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred
