Amo Realty, a real estate brokerage serving all of New York City, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our small busy NYC real estate sales & apartment leasing team.

What You’ll Do Vet incoming leads and distribute to busy real estate agents in the office Schedule showings for real estate agents Act as the central point of contact for client inquiries, leads, and agent scheduling Coordinate property showings, listing updates, and transaction paperwork Ensure smooth communication between agents and clients Assist in showing of properties for our clients across all 5 boroughs

What We’re Looking For Previous real estate sales or real estate sales support experience required. Knowledge & experience with New York real estate forms, disclosures Active NY real estate license required as sales coordinators interact with clients
