Responsibilities: • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Follow the team plan Qualifications: • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Real estate license Compensation: $130,000 at plan
