Compensation: $160,000 at plan Responsibilities: Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Follow-up with leads to increase sales Prospect for new leads to promote new business Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Follow the team plan Be a team player Ask questions Set listing appointments Lead follow up Lead generation Close Sales Qualifications: Organized and manages time effectively Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Tech savvy A successful and proven sales history is preferred Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Real estate license About Company As a team, Kindred Real Estate did over $54 million in gross sales in 2022.
