• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 2 years in a sales management or team leadership role
• Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets in service-based industries (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, staffing, or logistics)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach Sales Managers across multiple markets
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be comfortable with frequent regional travel
