Regional Sales Manager (RSM) The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for developing and executing the companys sales strategy in the region. This role involves leading the development and execution of the sales strategy for a defined region in collaboration with the sales team, other departmental leaders, and external partners to meet goals and objectives and help drive the companys growth. In addition, the RSM is responsible for the development and management of account contacts, leads, and initiatives. The RSM manages overall revenue, profitability, and productivity throughout the region. To be successful in this role, strong knowledge of account management, strategic planning, CRM utilization, and business leadership is required. As the RSM, you will: Manage the integrity of the organizations strategy and vision in the region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account contacts. Work with Regional Sales Directors to formulate a long-term strategy for the accounts. Develop and oversee the implementation of business strategies that address customer requirements. Oversee the production, fulfillment, and delivery of the customer orders. Provide leadership to the sales team to help drive the achievement of business results. To succeed as a RSM, you should possess: 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B sales environment Valid drivers license Ability to travel extensively as required, for up to 75% of time Expertise in business development and sales skills including CRM utilization Experience leading a sales team This position is expected to average 80% travel. Base salary for this position is typically in the range of $124,800.00 to $168,300.00 Annually. SRS/Heritage considers multiple factors including job related knowledge, skillset and experience when determining the final salary.
