Your responsibilities include: Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions, ensuring every interaction delivers a WOW! experience. Interact face to face with customers, providing exceptional support and fostering rapport. Meet monthly sales goals and performance metrics. Conduct regular property walks to perform lock checks and showcase available units to prospective customers. Work independently and collaboratively on tasks such as renting storage spaces, selling merchandise, managing leasing procedures, processing payments using our Point-of-Sale System (POS), handling daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls for late payments. Property Maintenance: Ensure our facility is in top shape by performing essential tasks, which include: Conducting daily property walks and cleaning both units and grounds. Opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.). Performing light maintenance duties such as mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, and clearing out storage units. Maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance with company standards, including restrooms, landscaping, parking areas, and facility structures.
