Engage with customers face-to-face, providing a welcoming atmosphere and building lasting rapport. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Conduct property walks for lock checks and show available units. Work independently and collaboratively to rent self-storage spaces, sell merchandise, manage the leasing process, and complete daily bank deposits. Make courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments. Property Maintenance: Perform daily property inspections and upkeep, including cleaning units and common areas. Handle physical tasks such as opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs). Compensation: The hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $17.91 to $19.41 depending on experience.* *Some locations may require Sunday hours.
