We are on the lookout for a passionate Retail Sales Leader to assist our Store Manager in achieving this mission. This leadership role is pivotal in fostering people development, enhancing customer experiences, and driving significant sales results. As a Retail Sales Leader , you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including: Living our core values: Adventure Guides, Serve Others, and Own It. Assisting in hiring, training, and retaining high-quality team members who embody our values. Coaching and mentoring team members on effective behaviors that enhance customer experiences and boost sales. Leading weekly sales and training meetings to keep the team informed and motivated. Supporting the Store Manager in maintaining a clean, well-merchandised store that adheres to company standards. Ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet sales goals. Utilizing sales training programs to provide the sales team with essential product knowledge and selling skills. Collaborating with the human resources team to meet training, development, and legal requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence. Effective presentation skills for one-on-one and small group interactions. Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations. Proven experience in developing organizational strategies, attracting, and retaining top talent. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in handling conflict and building cohesive teams. Experience with business-related technology systems. Demonstrated servant leadership and ownership mentality. Curious and innovative attitude, embodying the role of an adventure guide. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Adaptability to changing market trends and priorities. Experience managing change in complex environments. Ability to simplify complex ideas for better understanding.
