Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity. Manage territory sales efforts, ensuring optimal coverage and customer engagement. Drive lead generation initiatives through cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns. Oversee account management activities to maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct product demos and provide technical sales support to potential customers. Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, for tracking sales activities and customer interactions. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and brand promotion. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or B2B environments. Strong management skills with experience leading a sales team. Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in CRM software; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in territory management and direct sales techniques. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions. Experience in upselling products/services and conducting product demonstrations. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
