The 20 MSP - IT Support and IT Service Company The 20 is seeking a high-performing Sales Account Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role is essential to driving growth and achieving success through individual contributions. Our ideal candidate has proven success in tech sales, software, or business services , with a track record of meeting and exceeding quotas. We’re looking for a candidate with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of success. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with a quarterly sales quota. High performers will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and grow within a rapidly expanding organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow The 20’s customer base and national footprint. Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored IT solutions. Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing deals across multiple industries. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and partner activity to inform strategy and improve outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Stay informed about emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Represent The 20 at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Continuously refine sales processes and contribute to scalable sales strategies. Align sales efforts with the needs of our ideal customer profile. Qualifications Proven success in tech sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of business operations and IT services. Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) preferred. Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Demonstrated success in building and optimizing sales processes.
