Location: Houston, TX (77029)

Shift: Monday- Friday 8-5PM

Pay: $18- $20+ (D.O.E.)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between clients, sales representatives, and operations.
  • Generate sales reports and track key performance metrics.
  • Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation to support the sales process.
  • Handle incoming client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless handoff to operations.
  • Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency within the sales function.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or related field preferred.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems a plus.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Dispatching experience a plus.
