You'll also be keeping an eye on the market and finding new ways to grow our business together! your responsibilities include Connecting Talent & Clients: You'll be actively finding the right talent for our clients' needs and building strong, lasting relationships with both. Leading & Developing Your Team: You'll hire, train, and coach your direct reports, empowering them with the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles. Driving Sales & Growth: You'll be hitting your own targets while also guiding your team to achieve their goals, contributing directly to our company's success. Staying Ahead of the Curve: You'll keep your finger on the pulse of the industrial market, understanding trends and anticipating client needs. Ensuring Smooth Operations: You'll be focused on delivering a great experience for both talent and clients, making sure everything runs smoothly and compliantly. your background At least 3 years of proven sales acumen. You have had success in meeting client conversion & sales targets. Experience in using activity targets to deliver results. A solid history of qualifying, managing and maintaining a database.
