Hybrid schedule Business Development Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
5-7 years of sales experience in entertainment, hospitality, or sales
A motivated, organized, and client-focused approach
Comfortable working a hybrid schedule with autonomy
Strong knowledge of the local market and event industry – lots of local big corporations
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Entertainment (preferred)
Willingness to train out of state for three weeks
Build relationships and drive new business through community outreach
Plan and execute amazing events and parties
Work hands-on at events to ensure top-tier guest experiences
