Emerald Ridge Hospitality | Elevating the Standard of Midwest Hospitality Location: Munster, IN (Greater Chicago SE Market) Department: Sales & Marketing | Full-Time Emerald Ridge Hospitality is looking for an ambitious Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales at the Hyatt Place Munster – a brand-new hotel with a 3,000 SF conference center and strong corporate, group, and event potential. This is your opportunity to own the market , grow revenue, and make an impact on a growing hotel management & investment platform. What You’ll Do Grow Meeting & Event Sales – Drive in conference revenue, manage bookings, and deliver seamless event experiences. Build Group & Corporate Business – Increase corporate, social, and leisure group bookings; manage local & national accounts. Champion the Market – Be out in the field: networking, sales calls, hosting tours, and building strong client relationships. Lead Marketing Efforts – Manage social media, online presence, and digital campaigns; collaborate with Hyatt Field Marketing on SEO, digital, etc. Drive Revenue & Strategy – Track group pace, optimize budgets, and help shape 2026 sales & marketing strategy. What We’re Looking For Hotel and/or Hospitality Sales Experience (Hyatt/brand experience a plus) Proven success in group, corporate, or event sales Entrepreneurial mindset – you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Comfortable with CRM systems, sales reporting, and social media marketing Why Join Us?
