You will be responsible for developing innovative marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through effective business development strategies. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals. Manage the sales team, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure high performance. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective account management. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data. Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Monitor customer service metrics to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales is essential. Demonstrated management experience with a focus on team leadership and development. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in business development and account management within a competitive environment. Proficient analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to service delivery. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
