What You'll Do : Greet and assist walk-in customers, answer phone/email inquiries Guide customers through sign options and gather project details Prepare quotes, process payments, and manage order approvals Coordinate with our in-house design and production teams Occasionally assist with local deliveries or site surveys Keep the front of house organized and professional Support light marketing and administrative tasks You'd Be a Great Fit If You: Are detail-oriented, professional, and great with people Can multitask and manage multiple orders at once Are comfortable using macOS (and occasionally Windows), and confident learning new software (experience with QuickBooks is a plus) Have strong grammar, spelling, and written communication Love variety and want to grow your skills in a creative industry Perks & Benefits: Consistent Mon-Fri schedule, 9AM-4PM (35 hours/week), giving you your evenings and weekends free!
