As a vital part of our Account Management team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients. OptiFreight Logistics, a leader in freight management services tailored for the Healthcare sector, is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to support our strategic priorities through enhanced customer engagement. Your Responsibilities Include: Collaborating with the field sales organization to improve operational efficiency and boost sales growth.
Enhancing connectivity across the sales team by supporting key initiatives from development to execution, including regional implementations.
Providing insightful reporting and data analysis to aid in customer business reviews, RFPs, and other key presentations.
Completing all field sales training and onboarding, equipping yourself with the tools for success.
Managing customer activities within designated territories to drive sales and service excellence.
Identifying and executing effective sales strategies to maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
Utilizing sales tools to analyze trends, create strategic call plans, and manage business strategies.
Assisting the field sales team by generating leads and identifying new business opportunities.
Coordinating efforts with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to drive key product initiatives.
Participating in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows.
Staying informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Completing administrative requirements promptly, including CRM updates and expense reports.
Your Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Salesforce.
Results-driven, customer-focused with a strong work ethic.
Ambition to grow within the organization and a willingness to travel as needed.
Valid Driver's License.
Openness to regional relocation within 24 months.
