What You'll Do: Support the Sales Organization by driving operational efficiency and accelerating sales growth. Report to the Region Director and help alleviate non-selling activities for the field sales team. Collaborate on regional and national sales initiatives from development to execution. Provide reporting and data analysis for customer business reviews and sales strategies. Manage customer activities and identify new business opportunities within open territories. Assist in generating leads to maintain and grow our existing customer base. Participate actively in sales meetings, training, and industry conventions. Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and the competitive landscape. Complete all necessary administrative requirements in a timely manner. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SalesForce. Results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic. Willingness to travel domestically and relocate within 24 months of employment. This position offers a salary range of $56,200 - $84,420 and is not bonus eligible.
