Job-Specific Expectations : Be directly responsible for selling vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards, Coordinate with the sales manager to set and meet sales quotas, Be polite and friendly and greet customers promptly, Utilize floor time effectively, Determine each customer’s vehicle needs, Demonstrate and test drive vehicles, Verify customer qualifications, Maintain knowledge of products and features, Perform pre-delivery inspections, Deliver vehicles to customers, Utilize vehicle delivery to create customer loyalty, Understand equity and values, Conduct telephone transactions courteously, Utilize a consistent quotation process, Move and arrange display vehicles, Deal with customer complaints sensibly, Know and understand retail auto sales laws, Attend training and stay current with sales techniques, Attend sales meetings.
