Responsibilities Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and objectives. Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, while providing exceptional customer service. Custom Solutions: Collaborate with clients to customize insurance solutions that best suit their individual scenarios and coverage requirements. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services, enhancing client satisfaction and agency value. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and area market conditions to provide clients with the most relevant advice. Client Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth buying experience.
Requirement Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer-Focused: A commitment to meeting client needs and providing excellent customer service.
