Role OverviewAs a Sales Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor for business owners navigating stressful financial situations. You will conduct pre-scheduled, inbound video appointments with prospective clients who are actively seeking our help. Your role is to listen, diagnose their situation, and guide them through our service offering using a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct 5-6 inbound, pre-scheduled video appointments daily via Microsoft Teams
- Guide prospects through our structured consultation process
- Educate clients on our services and potential outcomes
- Determine client fit and close qualified prospects
- Follow up with prospects requiring additional information
- Accurately record outcomes and update contact records in HubSpot
- Hand off signed clients to service team for implementation
Experience: Background in legal services, debt resolution, financial services, SBA programs, or consultative B2B sales preferred.
Communication: Strong listening skills with clear, confident, articulate communication. Professional presence in video meetings essential.
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized for remote work environment.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
Mission Alignment: Genuine desire to help others through consultative sales approach.
CompensationBase Salary: $45,000 - $60,000
Commission Structure: Competitive commission plan
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 - $100,000 in year one
