Competitive Compensation:  Base salary  plus commission , with an average earning potential of  $55,000 to $75,000+ OTE  based off an hourly rate, plus tiered commission sales. Consultative Selling:  Use product expertise to demonstrate how our arch supports transform lives. Drive Sales:  Work collaboratively to enhance customer experience and maximize results. Customer Satisfaction:  Maintain  exceptional service standards  and build lasting client relationships. Inventory Management:  Ensure seamless product availability and showroom readiness.

Position Details:
Job Type:  Full-time, In-person Pay:  $55,000 - $75,000 per year (Base + Commission) Schedule:  8 to 10-hour shifts, weekends required
