Sales Coordinator

The primary purpose of this role is to provide essential support to the sales department, ensuring efficient operations, accurate data management, and effective market intelligence analysis. The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating reporting, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.
Key Performance OutputsĀ  Monitor and maintain sales opportunities and orders on the system, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Manage buffer stock levels and coordinate with Logistics/Operations to resolve fulfillment issues.
Set up and maintain accurate customer master data and CRM records, supporting seamless communication.
Coordinate the Terms & Conditions signing process and support IFS audits as a sales team representative.
Compile and distribute market and customer feedback reports to growers and stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and present market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Support the sales team with budgeting data, seasonal reviews, and process updates.
Requirements Qualifications / Experience BComm Degree with a Marketing/Logistics/International Trade major or Similar degree.
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Experience with CRM/sales systems and data management.
Experience working with Data preferred.
Functional / Technical Proficiency in using Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience in sales coordination, market intelligence, or related roles.
Familiarity with commercial finance processes and customer data management.
Excellent e-mail etiquette
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
