Are you a proven admin assistant that can support a sales team, handle client relations, and communicate with different departments. If so, we want to talk to you.
The Sales Coordinator is a hands-on role for someone who is ready to make a direct impact to their team. You will support and organize a company's sales efforts by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales team activities, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, and the install and warehouse departments to help meet sales goals.
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator to support and develop our in-home sales.
Responsibilities
Cultivate the in-home sales team to exceed performance goals
Understand, teach and manage our selling method
Retrieving paperwork submitted by each consultant
Communicate daily via email, texts and responding to VM’s
Coordinate team efforts and ensure smooth daily operations
Review contracts and designs daily, and assure that billing is correct
Posting payments
Make sure the contract has all required information
Taking customer calls and scheduling installs
Processing ALL paperwork related to the sales team
Requirements
Strong commitment to following a proven, successful sales model
Highly organized and motivated with excellent communication skills
Comfortable using Windows Office Suite (Excel knowledge is a plus)
Retail or consumer sales background a strong plus
A positive, achievement-focused attitude with leadership drive
Rotating Saturdays
Benefits
Listed pay of $15.00 - $22.00 an hour, + bonuses. Based on experience.
Direct track to become a Sales Manager with a pay increase.
