Mission: Set demos for our Account Executives, pound the phones to find as many interested prospects as possible, and crush your daily and monthly quotas!

What You'll Be Doing: Develop outreach strategies that will get prospects to say, "Crap yes I want to know more!" You will be making outbound cold calls to prospects, with the goal to get them in front of an Account Executive that can close the deal. You'll be the first point of contact with prospects so you'll want to make sure you leave a positive lasting impression... like if you were to meet Ted Lasso in person! You should be no stranger to making phone calls. You'll spend all of your time calling and talking to people about our software. If you don't like the idea of calling 80+ strangers every single day, this job probably isn't for you.

Superpowers: Team Commitment. You know that moment in the Hunger Games where Katnis Everdeen shoots President Coin instead of President Snow and everyone's head exploded? That is because she knew what was best for Panem and she was so committed she made the larger, harder decision. That is the level of commitment we need. Minus the killing of course!

Ownership. We need someone who embodies this value and can figure things out and move quickly. If you need direction and someone to hold your hand, this job is not for you.
