Salary: $50k base + $20k variable (uncapped) Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Nectar Location: In-office Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base + Commission (OTE: $70K with performance-based tiers)

What Youll Do Create new sales opportunities by identifying and connecting with HR decision-makers Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach Book high-quality meetings that meet our qualification criteria Work closely with Account Executives to convert pipeline into revenue Learn and refine your messaging through regular coaching, call reviews, and team collaboration
