Mission: As a Sales Development Representative at JobNimbus, you’ll be the spark that ignites our sales engine. Your mission is to engage potential customers, create excitement about JobNimbus, and set high-quality demos that empower our Account Executives to close deals and drive revenue. What You'll Be Doing: Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, social outreach, and strategic follow-ups Respond to inbound leads quickly and effectively, qualifying interest and scheduling demos Partner with Account Executives to deliver a seamless handoff from prospecting to demo and close Leave a positive first impression with prospects—think the energy of Ted Lasso combined with the hustle of Nacho Libre Meet and exceed activity goals (80+ calls daily, plus emails/social touches) and monthly/quarterly quotas What Makes You the Hero for This Job: You’ve had success in outbound sales, lead generation, or a role where persistence pays off Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our CRM to keep pipeline momentum strong You’re fearless on the phone and can handle 80+ calls a day with energy and enthusiasm You communicate clearly and confidently, building quick rapport with prospects You thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment and don’t shy away from competition You’re resilient—you bounce back quickly from rejection and keep pushing forward You’re organized and detail-oriented, keeping your CRM clean and your pipeline moving You’re self-motivated and proactive, always looking for ways to improve your results You’re hungry to learn, grow, and launch your career in tech sales Superpowers: Ownership.
