Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and analyzing performance metrics. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales initiatives. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth. Ensure exceptional customer service is maintained throughout the sales process. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales is essential. Strong management experience with a focus on leading high-performing teams. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, account management, and business development. Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
