We’re recruiting an individual contributor sales executive who will continue and create new sales momentum across our West Coast Growth team calling on independent agencies and brands directly. The candidate should have experience selling linear TV and/or digital media solutions as a managed and self-service offering. The ideal person should be driven, focused on relationship building, consultative selling and closing deals. Responsibilities Proactively identifies new revenue opportunities; drives account growth and profitability acceleration including new business, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities Owns extensive client communication, strategic planning and troubleshooting account complications to promote client satisfaction; develops and improves executive level relationships within named account(s) Excellent telephone, email and in-person communication skills with the ability to work independently to find new accounts Promotes the Cadent client relationship by providing thought leadership and consultation on aligning client business needs to products, solutions and services offered Creates value and differentiates services/products from competitors Drives contract negotiations for business in support of new sales, account growth and contract renewals Owns revenue forecasting (via Salesforce.com) and ensures accuracy of sales entries Lead and organize client team-building activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from accredited 4-year institution 7+ years of digital media experience 7+ years of experience selling to West Coast brand direct and agency clients (tier 2, tier 3, boutique, mid-size + independent agencies) Proven experience selling programmatic - both Managed and Self-Service Strong relationships with West Coast agencies Proven performer who can hit the ground running and make an impact quickly Strong rolodex and polished sales, presentation and communication skills Exceptional team player, able to work as part of a highly coordinated, focused organization Attention to delivering the highest level of sales and operational customer service Self-motivated, detail oriented and results driven Compensation & Benefits The posted compensation range reflects a base salary that may vary based on a candidate’s experience and location; those with more relevant experience or residing in higher-cost markets may be eligible for compensation at the upper end of the range.
