As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM provider to businesses, we are seeking our next Sales Enablement Manager.  The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for partnering with our Sales Leadership and our VP of Operations and Enablement to set our training strategy, assess the learning needs across the sales organization, build training solutions to fit those needs and ensure that all associates receive the necessary training.  The Sales Anablement Manager will assist sales professionals to embrace the PrimePay sales culture, which is best defined by our philosophy of people, technology, and the P&L value proposition.  This full life cycle training position engages with training development at onboarding of sales associates and continues to develop training solutions for new and existing products, sales methodologies, and process flow, empowering the sales team to maximize revenue potential.  This position is unique to the company and requires an individual who is driven by creative freedom and who has an entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities: The position will report to the VP, Operations and Enablement and work to ensure consistency in training strategy, delivery and methodology in the sales organization Provide guidance, support, and mentorship for effective training program delivery Collaborate with senior sales managers to assess training needs, identify gaps, and develop targeted programs for specific challenges and opportunities Assist VP, Operations and Enablement designing, creating and implementing a curriculum and learning paths tailored to the needs of sales roles (onboarding, product knowledge, skills development, and sales methodology) Develop enablement assets including eLearning and videos, instructor-led training content (decks), virtual workshops, job aids, playbooks, infographics, and microlearning modules Monitor and analyze sales team performance (KPIs) to evaluate training initiative effectiveness, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement Assist sellers with navigating the first 120 days of tenure to ensure an accelerated success path Travel to markets, when applicable, to support sellers with sales strategy, sales call planning, prospecting, first meetings (in person and virtual) and proposal appointments Research and remain up-to-date on the newest trends in field sales training Strong leadership and communication skills that inspire, mentor and guide sales throughout their tenure Qualifications: BA/BS preferred or a combination of education and experience Training Certification and/or experience desired 3-5 years’ experience in a sales training and development function or PEO/Payroll Sales with verifiable performance Advanced knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and Instructional Methodologies Innovative thinker and practical operator adept at driving execution of programs and processes Ability to navigate confidently through ambiguity Ability to travel up to 50% in regional markets PrimePay Offers: A competitive base salary in the $80 - $110K range based on experience plus uncapped commission Access to personal, group training and career advancement Leadership development through individualized support and career mentoring Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending account, life insurance and STD/LTD #LI-DNP
