What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Self-generate leads and prospect existing clients via phone and email to schedule quality meetings daily
- Review client data using sales tools to prepare for discovery meetings and propose solutions
- Create proposals and follow up with clients to secure decisions on services
- Meet with clients to review agreements and negotiate to close sales
- Participate in weekly team meetings to strategize and achieve sales quotas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant industries such as Digital Media, Health Insurance, or HR Services
- Intermediate skills in Accountability, Adaptability, Closing (Sales), and Goal Orientation
- Required skills in Relationship Building, Sales Presentations, and Sales Prospecting
- Strong self-discipline and self-motivation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree
- Experience in sectors such as Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, or Information Technology
